Cheesy Please

I had a lot of cheese in my diet yesterday. Not complaining.

Mid-morning snack was a cinnamon raisin bagel thin with a slice of muenster cheese.

Did some p90x yoga after that…

I went to the pool for a little while after that and swam a few laps in between laying out.

When I got back I had another cheesy meal.

Quesadilla!

Later in the afternoon I did a 30 minute workout on the treadmill and then took Mav on a walk before dinner.

Dinner had some cheese too, with some other random foods.

Grilled chicken breast, veggies, sweet potato fries, and some caprese salad with delicious mozzarella cheese!  I was so stuffed after this.

Breakfast this morning was oatmeal!  A big old bowl with a small spoonful of DCDPB and some SF maple syrup.

Great way to start the day in my opinion!  Also, I know I don’t always picture it but I ALWAYS have a cup of coffee.  I drink it black and try to just have only one.  Just an FYI.

What is your favorite way to eat cheese??  I know I didn’t have it yesterday but mine is def on pizza.  After that probably queso on any type of Mexican food or tortilla chips.

Sweet to Repeat

Hola people!  Yay its Friiiiiiday!  I have lots of yummy food pics so try not to drool as I recap the past couple days 🙂

Strawberry jam with melted string cheese.  PB Fingers is a smart girl…this combo is very yummy!

St. Patrick’s Day Corned Beef!

with brussels sprouts, mushrooms, and a tater instead of cabbage (even though I do like cabbage!)

Corned beef is so good…I want to eat it more often.  Note to self.

And yeah…for breakfast this morning I did the overnight oats in a jar.  I don’t do it often but I can’t say that I hate the idea of eating peanut butter straight out of the jar with oatmeal.  Its genius.

The best lunch eva:

Grapes, veggie pita chips, and cheesy bread.  I love this cheesy bread.  I am going to be eating this a lot…its amazing.  I just pull apart some string cheese and sprinkle on some shredded sharp cheddar and then put it in the toaster oven until the cheese is bubbling…aka perfection.

I got some sun this afternoon while I watched some basketball (through the window on the porch…duh) before I headed to the gym to train some peeps.  I was training 6 different people at once at one time…and it was a bit hectic but I survived 🙂  I treated myself to the hugest thing of frozen yogurt ever afterwards and it ended up being my dinner because it was so ginorm.

Plain, cookies & cream, & mint chocolate froyo flavors topped with shredded coconut, chopped reese’s, snickers, and heath bar, kiwi, blueberries, and strawberries.  HEAVEN will have this bowl of froyo in it.

I am going to figure out how I can eat froyo tomorrow…and after the half marathon on Sunday you KNOW that is goin’ down.

I’m gunna watch some basketball before bed…working in the gym tomorrow morning!

P.S.  If you wanna know how my brackets are doing so far…one of them is currently in the 100th percentile of accuracy and ranked 989th out of everyone who entered a bracket.  This is on CBSsports.com so its legit.  I hope I can win some money or something… haha 🙂

Did you fill out a bracket?  Who is your team?? (if you don’t know what the heck I’m referring to when I say bracket then chances are you don’t follow college basketball or read a newspaper or watch the news and you don’t know its NCAA tourney time!!)  DUKE BABY!  REPEAT!
