I like food.

Perhaps you heard that yesterday was national cereal day.  This could have been very detrimental but luckily for me I had only 2 servings of Honey Bunches of Oats left in the box and it was the only cereal I would have been wanting to eat to celebrate the day.

So for a late lunch/snack I had a big bowl of cereal.

Then I spent about an hour and a half or so on the treadmill just mixing up walking, jogging, running, sprinting, hills, no hills, some hills, etc.  You get the idea.  Total of about 7.5 miles.  That is sort of what my workouts over the past few days have been….all while watching Bravo on the treadmill.

For dinner I had a turkey sandwich and a Smart Ones lasagna.

I think the WW food happens to be really good…and I had some of it for dessert too…

That would be a satisfying healthy alternative for a strawberry shortcake and a brownie that still tastes good!

This morning I changed up breakfast and had peanut butter, greek yogurt, and honey on whole wheat bread.

I really like this combo…it is yummy 🙂

Packed some snacks for the day as well…

Apple, cheese stick, some turkey, and 3 hard boiled eggs (I will only eat the whites, not a fan of the yolks hard boiled)

And lastly here is What I Wore to work…

Clearly there was no hair-doing this morning…ponytail time.

Do you like to eat frozen pre-made meals? Obviously yes, I do.  I think there are worse things I could eat because for the most part they are decently healthy enough and when I don’t feel like cooking I think they are an okay option!  I don’t do it all the time but quite often I do and its fine with me!

What is your favorite way to eat an egg? I like pretty much all the different ways just depending on the day…when I was younger I thought scrambled was the only way you were supposed to eat an egg but now I like them all different kinds of ways!

Forget you SI.

My snack when I got home from job #1 before heading to job #2 was something I have heard about plenty but I’ve never actually made it myself.

Yes I have had Dark Chocolate Dreams PB, bananas, and honey on bread plenty of times before.  But I have never put it on a whole wheat wrap and microwaved it…until today.

It was beyond good…the melted chocolate peanut butter was heaven and anything with honey makes me happy.

It also filled me up well through training clients and I didn’t even need to eat my cucumber slices I brought as a snack!  That is, until the ride home, then I munched on some of them!

I counted…there were 42 slices.  In case you were wondering.

So yeah I feel like I went 180 degrees from delicious melty chocolate peanut butter to cucumber slices…its about balance people!

After all the clients at the gym had left I hopped on the elliptical to read the new US weekly and Sports Illustrated Swim Suit edition.  I thought, “hey…that will probably motivate me to work out even harder”…well I flipped through the magazine and got kinda pissed off because 0.00025 women in the world look like that.  So then I threw the magazine on the floor and thats when I realized…I had not pressed start on the elliptical.  I had been on for about 45 minutes and never pressed start! Arggh.  I thought Level 6 felt pretty easy.

So basically I did 45 minutes on the elliptical on level 1. Barely broke a sweat and got angry at how attractive Brooklyn Decker is. Whore.

Too bad I probably don’t have too large of a male population on this blog or I’m sure I’d have a record number of hits for posting the above picture.  Anyways, now I’m over it and not pissed off anymore.  They airbrush those photos.  Or at least that is what I am going to tell myself over and over and over again.

More clients in the morning and getting my own workout in!  Keeping my own bikini body in mind…What we all can hope for is the best that we can do as individuals.  Everyone’s best is different and that’s ok.  I love each and every one of you and you’re all BEAUTIFUL.  Probably going to sleep soon.  Yeah its Friday night and 9pm.  I’m awesome. 🙂

Question:  What is your workout for tomorrow or Sunday? I am getting a good weights session in with intervals on the treadmill.

Anyone else staying home on a Friday night like this awesome sista? Holler if you are…let’s virtually hang out.  Work early in the am=bed early.  Anyone going out tonight?? What are you doin?  Let me live vicariously through you please.  I promise I’ll return the favor tomorrow when I actually have a bit of a social life and pretend to be in college again.

**Edited to add:  Once I posted this I was wishy-washy over the message it was sending.  I am proud of my body and everything it has helped me achieve.  I have worked so hard for the muscles I have and I know that if Brooklyn wants to race me or challenge me to anything athletic I know I’d win and break her in half afterwards.  Just something about the magazine just bothered me, but I guess that’s why it will be the first and last time I check out that magazine 😉

P.S.  I wish to do no harm to Brooklyn Decker.  I am sure she is a very nice girl…I was just using her as an example. haha 🙂
