August 2010

8/31/10: 4 mile run

8/30/10: 5 mile run, ab ripper x, body weight squats, bicep and triceps lifting (8 pound dumbbells)

8/29/10: Off day, active rest with a 2.5 mile walk with Maverick, 25 minute bike ride

8/28/10: 20 minute sprint intervals on treadmill, 35 minutes walking on treadmill (speed 4.5, incline 9.0), p90x shoulders and arms, ab ripper x, body weight exercises
