12/24: 5 mile run + quads

12/23: weights: arms + abs

12/22: 30 minutes elliptical + glutes and hamstrings + 1.5 mile walk with mav

12/21: 45 minutes kickboxing + arms & abs

12/20: 30 minutes running on treadmill + 15 minutes incline walking on treadmill + legs

12/19: 2 mile run + arms

12/18: 1 hour incline walking on treadmill (incline 9.0, speed 4.2), abs+back

12/17: 90 minutes elliptical

12/16: P90x Legs & Back, P90x Shoulders and Arms, P90x Ab Ripper x2

12/15: 4 mile run

12/14: 45 minutes kickboxing, free weight lifting (shoulder, biceps,triceps) + body weight exercises (glutes, quads, abs)

12/13: 1 hour elliptical + abs

12/12: 4 mile run

12/11: 3 mile run + walking around the mall all day 🙂

12/10: off, 1 mile walk with Mav

12/9: 2 mile walk + 2 mile run

12/8: 3 mile run, weights

12/7: 40 minute incline walking on treadmill (incline 12.0 speed 4.5), full body weights

12/6:  2 mile walk

12/5: 90 minutes hot yoga class

12/4: Mistletoe Run Half-Marathon 13.1 miles

12/3: 3 mile run

12/2: 2 mile walk, stretch

12/1: 5 mile run
