12/14: p90x legs + 2 mile walk with Maverick
12/15: 45 minutes elliptical and this:
- 1 minute bicep curls
- 1 minute shoulder press
- 1 minute kickback triceps extensions
- 1 minute hammer curls
- 1 minute front and side shoulder raises
- 1 minute overhead triceps extensions
- 30 seconds high knees, 10 seconds jumping jacks, repeat x4 no rest
- 30 seconds jump squats, 10 seconds jumping jacks, repeat x4 no rest
- 30 seconds alternating split lunge jumps, 10 seconds jumping jacks, repeat x4 no rest
- 30 seconds mountain climbers, 10 seconds jumping jacks, repeat x4 no rest
