1/31: 2 mile run (speed 7.5 incline 1%), 0.5 mile recovery, 1 mile run (speed 7.5 incline 1%), 0.5 mile recovery, 1 mile run (speed 7.5 incline 1%), 0.5 mile recovery (total 5.5 mi) + full body strength

1/30: 3 mile run, 2.5 mile walk

1/29: 7 mile run, 1 mile walk

1/28: 3.25 mile run

1/27: off

1/26: 3 mile run, 1 mile walk on incline, 5 minutes stairs, legs

1/25: 3 mile run

1/24: 3 mile run, 4.5 mile incline walk on treadmill, abs

1/23: 3 mile run

1/22: 6 mile run, full body weights

1/21: off

1/20: 5 mile run, 2 mile walk on incline, arms + abs

1/19: 30 minutes walking on 5% incline, 3 mile run, 1 mile walk, legs

1/18: 2 mile run, 3 mile walk

1/17: 3 mile run, 4 mile walk on new treadmill, arms + abs

1/16: 4 mile run, shoulders & core

1/15: 5 mile run, abs

1/14: off

1/13: 3.5 mile run

1/12: 4.5 mile run on TM

1/11: Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred dvd Level 2, 2 mile walk with Mav, abs

1/10: 40 minutes jump rope

1/9: 4 mile run

1/8: 2.5 mile run

1/7: off, sick!

1/6: P90x Legs & Back, 10 minutes stairs, abs

1/5: 2.5 mile jog, arms

1/4: off

1/3: off

1/2: 20 minutes intervals on elliptical, 40 minutes plyometrics, abs, legs, arms

1/1: off
