7/27: 45 minute incline walking on TM

7/26: 35 minute intervals on TM, 40 minute walk

7/25: 40 minute walk, 4.5 mile run on TM, 30 minute Nike Training Club “Heartthrob” workout

7/24: rest, short walk

7/23: 5 mile run, 30 minute NTC Heartbreaker workout

7/22: 40 minute walk, 30 minute incline walking on TM

7/21: 40 minute walk, 45 minute intervals on TM (walk/jog/run/sprint), 15 minutes NTC: Hope Solo’s Unbeatable Workout

7/20: 3 mile run, NTC Shakedown

7/19: 40 minute walk with Mav, p90x yoga, swam some laps, 1.5 mile run on TM, another 40 min walk

7/18: Two 40 minute walks (one am/one pm)

7/17: 1 hour walk with Mav

7/16: 8 mile run, swam a few laps at the pool 🙂

7/15: 2 mile walk with Mav, 3.5 mile run, 2 mile evening walk with Mav

7/14: 3 mile walk

7/13: 1 hour TM intervals

7/12: 2 mile walk

7/11: 90 minutes p90x yoga, 1 hour walk

7/10: 7 mile run, 2 mile walk, abs

7/9: 40 minute walk, arms

7/8: 4 mile run, 20 minute walk

7/7: 1 hour walk, 30 minutes jog on TM

7/6: 75 minute treadmill intervals (incline walk/jog/run/sprint), abs, arms, 30 minute walk

7/5: 3 mile run, 30 minutes incline walking on TM, 45 minute walk outside

7/4: 1 hour 15 minutes TM intervals, core/abs

7/3: off, short walk

7/2: 6 mile run, leg circuit

7/1: 1 hour intervals on TM, 45 minute walk, abs
