June 2011

6/30: 5 mile TM intervals (walking/jogging/running), 45 minute walk

6/29: 4 mile run, 45 minute walk

6/28: 3 mile run, 45 minutes incline walking on TM, arms & abs

6/27: 2.5 mile walk, p90x plyo, 35 minutes treadmill intervals, 30 minute walk

6/26: 4 mile walk, shoulders & arms, 30 minute jog on TM

6/25: 5.5 mile run, p90x legs & back, 2 mile walk with Mav, abs

6/24: 45 minute incline walk on TM

6/23: 3 mile run, 30 minutes incline walking on TM, p90x back & biceps, abs, 2 mile walk with Mav

6/22: 4 mile run, 2 mile walk with Maverick

6/21: 30 minutes incline walking on TM, 2 mile walk, arms & abs

6/20: 3 mile run, legs

Oops, bad about tracking, then spent a week at the beach…didn’t really exercise much.

6/5: 1 hour intervals on TM, abs, 20 minute walk with Maverick

6/4: rest

6/3: 45 minutes intervals on TM, arms & legs

6/2: 40 minute walk with Mav

6/1: 4 mile run, p90x Kenpo X, 30 minutes incline walking on TM
