3/4: Hot Power Vinyasa Yoga, 1 hour 15 minutes + 45 minute walk with Mav

3/5: rest

3/6: 1 hour Hot Yoga Bootcamp

3/7: 5 mile run

3/8: 3.25 mile run

3/9: 5.5 mile run

3/10: 12 minute workout

3/11: 3 mile run, 6ish miles walked over Austin

3/12: 4 mile run, 5 ish miles walked in Austin

3/13: AM: 20 minutes elliptical plus upper body PM: Tone It Up Bikini Body Max Burn Pyramid, 4 ish miles walked in Austin

3/14: rest/traveling

3/15: 5 mile run

3/16: 2 mile run

3/17: Rock’n’Roll USA Nation’s Capital Half Marathon…13.1 mile run

3/18: rest

3/19: rest

3/20: 1 hour walk

3/21: 1 hour walk

3/22: 30 minutes elliptical

3/23: 5 mile run

3/24: 1 hour walk through Central Park

3/25: 45 minutes elliptical

3/26: p90x plyometrics + abs

3/27: Long walk with Mav plus 50 burpees, 50 tuck jumps, 100 crunches, at-home vinyasa

3/28: 3 mile run, 1 mile walk, p90x arms

3/29: 30 minutes elliptical, 500 Abs Challenge

3/30: 5 mile run with Mav

3/31: 45 high intensity elliptical + arms
