5/31: p90x legs & back, ab ripper x, 1 hour on TM (incline walk/jog/run intervals), 2 mile walk with Mav

5/30: p90x yoga, 2 mile walk, 1 mile interval run

5/29: p90x shoulders & arms, 3 mile walk, ab ripper x

5/28: p90x plyo, 3 mile walk

5/27: p90x chest & back, 1 hour incline walk on TM, ab ripper x

5/26 – 5/19: I was bad about logging exercises, mostly all incline walking on TM with some weights and abs

5/18: 1 hour incline walk on TM (incline 10%, speed 4.0)

5/17: 2 mile walk with Mav, abs

5/16: 3 mile walk with Mav, Arms, Mac #11

5/15: 2 mile incline walk

5/14: off

5/13: 5 mile run, MAC #10

5/12: 45 minute incline walk on TM plus MAC #8,9

5/11: 3 mile run with Maverick, arms

5/10: 30 minutes HIIT on TM, MAC day 7

5/9: 4 mile walk/run with Mav

5/8: 45 minutes incline walk on TM

5/7: off

5/6: 4 mile run, 2 mile walk with Mav, MAC #4

5/5: 45 minutes incline walking/jogging on TM, M.A.C. Day 3

5/4: 1 hour incline walk/jog on TM (15 minutes biceps/shoulders/back/triceps with 5 lb DB), M.A.C Day 2

5/3: P90x Yoga X, 1 hour walk on TM, May Abs Challenge Day 1

5/2: 1 hour incline walk on TM plus 5 pound dumbbells (biceps, shoulders, triceps)

5/1: 3 mile walk around Central Park
