5/6: HIIT The Beach, 2-3 mile walk around Spring Fling, 1 hour soccer (kick-around, low intensity)
5/7: Tone It Up Bikini Sculpt workout

3 times through each circuit:
Circuit 1:
- Single leg box jumps (10x per side)
- Toes to Bar (10x)
- Med ball twisting wall slams (10x per side)
Circuit 2:
- Single Arm Dumbbell clean and press (10x per side, 20-25lbs)
- Single Leg Hip drops and raises on bench (10x per leg)
- Assisted pull-ups (10x)
- Horizontal Rope Pull-ups (10x)
- Forearm plank on exercise ball with circles (10x per direction)
- Assisted push-ups with claps (10-20x)
- Plate Pushes (45lb plate) (First 2 sets: 10 yds and back, last 2 sets 30 yds and back)
5/10: 1 hour 15 minutes hot yoga
5/11: hour long walk with Maverick
5/12: 4.25 mile run + TIU Bikini Booty DVD
5/13: rest
5/14: yoga
5/15: p90x Plyometrics DVD, 3 rounds of TIU Love Your Legs & Sunkissed Abs routine
5/16: hour long walk with Maverick
5/17: 3 mile run
5/18: 7 mile run
5/19: rest
5/20: Incline TM Sprint Workout
5/24: 1 hour elliptical: incline 12 resistance 10
5/25: 1 hour elliptical, incline 10 resistance 12, 1 mile run
5/26: 6.5 mile run, 30 minute walk with Maverick
5/27: 45 minutes elliptical
5/28: 30 minutes Tennis & Sprints
5/29: 50 minutes elliptical + abs
5/30: 4 mile run on TM + HIIT
5/31: 1 hour p90x yoga, 1 hour walk
