11/25: 4 mile run

11/24: 6 mile run, 3.5 mile hike

11/23: 30 minutes on treadmill walking (incline 12.0, speed 4.0), 30 minutes on treadmill running (incline 4.0, speed 6.0), biked 20 minutes, lifted (whole body workout)

11/22: 1.5 mile morning walk, 3 mile run, p90x arms and abs

11/21: 1.5 mile walk

11/20: 10.5 mile run

11/19: off

11/18: 3.5 mile run

11/17: 1.5 mile morning walk, 3 mile jog/stretch

11/16: 1.5 mile morning walk, 5 mile evening run, arms, abs

11/15: off

11/14: 3.5 mile run

11/13: off

11/12: 4.5 mile run

11/11: 9 mile run

11/10: 3 mile walk

11/9: 1.5 mile morning walk, 4 mile evening run

11/8: 5 mile run, arms, abs

11/4-11/7: sick/off/rest

11/3: active rest: 1.5 mile jog

11/2: 1.5 morning walk, 5 mile afternoon run

11/1: 1.5 mile morning walk, 7 mile evening run, abs+arms
