10/31: 3.5 mile walk

10/30: off

10/29: 8 mile run, abs + arms

10/28: 4 mile morning walk, 2.75 mile afternoon run

10/27: 1.5 mile morning walk, 4 mile afternoon run, abs + arms

10/26: 20 minute morning “wake up” workout (jumping jacks, kickboxing, stretching), 3 mile afternoon walk with Mav

10/25: 1.5 mile morning walk, 40 minutes elliptical, 20 minutes incline walking on treadmill (speed 4.0, incline 13), weights

10/24: 2.5 mile walk, 6.5 mile run

10/23: off

10/22: 6 mile run

10/21: 1.5 mile morning walk, 5k afternoon run, 2 mile evening walk + abs/biceps/shoulders

10/20: 1.5 mile morning walk, 4 mile afternoon run (both with mavy!) + abs

10/19: 2 mile walk

10/18: 5 mile run, abs, ballet leg exercises

10/17: 30 minute sprint/incline intervals and lower body strength work

10/16: 4.5 mile run, abs

10/15: 5 mile run, back & biceps, shoulders

10/4 – 10/14: Slacked off both on blogging about my exercise and actually exercising…pretty much just went on walks for a few weeks 🙂

10/3/10: nap :), 2 mile walk with Mav

10/2/10: 3 mile run

10/1/10: 7 mile run
