10/3: Bodypump

10/4: 4 mile run on TM

10/5: 2 mile run on TM + BodyPump

10/6: 3 mile run on TM

10/7: 1 hour elliptical

10/8: 5 mile run + abs

10/9: rest

10/10: rest

10/11: 4 mile run + 20 minutes on elliptical

10/12: 2 mile run + BodyPump + 15 minutes on elliptical

10/13: 4 mile run

10/14: off

10/15: 2 mile run

10/16: off

10/17: BodyPump

10/18: 3 mile run

10/19: BodyPump + 3 mile run

10/20: 4 mile run

10/21: 45 minutes elliptical

10/22: off

10/23: off

10/24: 5 mile run

10/25: 4 mile run

10/26: 1 hour elliptical

10/27: 4 mile run

10/28: 35 minutes elliptical, weights workout

10/29: 45 minutes elliptical, weights workout

10/30: off, walk with Mav

10/31: 45 minutes elliptical, 2 mile walk
