9/30/10: 2 mile walk, arms free weight exercises

9/29/10: treadmill interval sprints for 20 minutes, 20 minutes jogging, total body body-weight exercises

9/28/10: p90x plyometrics with 5 pound dumbbells, 5 mile run, ab ripper x

9/27/10: 5 mile run, arms & abs

9/26/10: 4 mile walk around Universal

9/25/10: 4 mile walk around Disney

9/24/10: 5 mile walk around Disney

9/23/10: 7 mile walk around Disney, 2 mile run

9/22/10: 6 mile walk around Disney

9/21/10: 8 mile walk around Disney

9/20/10: quick plyometrics session in hotel room, 3 mile walk around Savannah

9/19/10: off, travel day!

9/18/10: 2 mile walk on the beach

9/17/10: 6 mile run

9/16/10: off

9/15/10: 4 mile walk with Maverick

9/14/10: 6 mile run

9/13/10: 30 minutes plyometrics, 5 mile bike ride, arms & abs

9/12/10: 4.5 mile walk

9/11/10: off

9/10/10: 3 mile walk

9/9/10: 3 mile run, 2 mile walk

9/8/10: off

9/7/10: 5 mile run, p90x legs and back, ab ripper x, biceps

9/6/10: 5 mile walk, 90 minutes yoga x

9/5/10: 3.5 mile walk

9/4/10: 12 mile run

9/3/10: off, X stretch

9/2/10: 2 mile warm up run on treadmill in 16:30, 15 minute sprint intervals (@ speed 9.5 for 1 minute, recovery jog at speed 4.5 for 1 minute 30 seconds), 30 minute walk on treadmill (incline 12.0, speed 4.0), p90x legs and back, ab ripper x

9/1/10: 90 minutes Yoga X, 2 mile walk with Maverick
