September 2011

9/10: 3 mile walk with Mav, 30 minutes elliptical, free weights at gym

9/11: 30 minutes on Arc Trainer, 1 mile run, 1.5 mile walk with Maverick

9/12: 40 minute walk with Maverick, BodyPump

9/13: 2 mile run and 2 mile walk with Mav

9/14: 1 hour on elliptical

9/15: 2 mile run and 2 mile walk with Mav

9/16: 20 minute walk with Mav, 15 minutes cardio at gym and BodyPump

9/17: 30 minutes intervals on elliptical, abs

9/18: 3 mile Race for the Cure walk

9/19: 1.5 mile run with Mav, Bodypump, 10 minutes on elliptical

9/20: 45 minutes on elliptical

9/21: 2.25 mile run with Mav

9/22: 40 minutes elliptical

9/23: off

9/24: 3 mile run, 20 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes weights (3 sets of 15 each of bicep curls, shoulder presses, triceps overhead extensions, 100 squats with 15 pound dumbbell, 25 lat pulldowns, 50 knee ins, 100 crunches with med ball)

9/25: walk w/ Mav

9/26: 15 minutes elliptical, BodyPump

9/27: 4.25 mile run

9/28: BodyPump + 2 mile run on TM

9/29: 3 mile run on TM + 30 minutes on elliptical

9/30: 15 minutes on bike, 45 minutes elliptical
